When viewing the opportunities in your CRM, you can use the filter option to view opportunities based on different criteria. Follow these steps to use the filter in your CRM:
Please click the link to take you to SetSchedule’s sign-in page: Sign In.
Click on CRM from the bottom navigation menu.
Click on the ‘LIST’ view on the top center portion of the map to view the list of opportunities.
Click on the FILTER icon on the upper rightmost part of the screen to see the different options to set the specific criteria you want to use to filter your opportunities - you can filter by last updated, price, distance, type, temperature, or team associated with the opportunity. Once you are satisfied with the criteria you’ve set, click on the APPLY option on the top right corner of the filter menu. The opportunities that are shown will then update.
You can always reverse the filter you set up by clicking on the FILTER icon and selecting the CLEAR option on the top left corner of the filter menu, then click APPLY on the top right corner.
