Please click the link to take you to SetSchedule’s sign-in page: Sign In. Once you’ve signed in, simply follow the steps below.


  1. On the upper rightmost corner of your screen, click the dropdown arrow to the right of your profile picture. 


  1. Click ‘SETTINGS’.


  1. On the ‘Settings’ page, click ‘SUBSCRIPTIONS’ and it will show you the details of your RED subscription.




  1. Click the dropdown arrow and the ‘CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION’ will appear. 



  1. Once you clicked on ‘CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION’, a validation question will appear on the screen.

  1. Click ‘YES, CANCEL’ and it will take you to the cancellation confirmation page. The validity of your subscription will also be indicated on the page. Hit “Done” to close the window.
