If you’re encountering issues with the application, here are some basic troubleshooting steps that may resolve the issues:
1. On Desktop: If you are encountering issues when you visit app.setschedule.com, simply log out and then log back in. If this does not resolve the issue, please email [email protected] so we may assist you.
2. On Mobile:
Android Users: if you are experiencing issues with the application on your Android phone, chances are you have not yet updated your SetSchedule application, or there was an issue encountered when you were updating. Follow these steps to troubleshoot your issues:
Update the Application
Open the Google Play Store
Search for SETSCHEDULE.
When the results are shown, you should see a green UPDATE button to the right of the SetSchedule application if you have not yet installed the update. (If you already installed the update but are encountering issues, follow the instructions below labeled ii Uninstall then reinstall-Android).
Once the update is successfully installed, you should now be able to use the application. If you encounter issues after following these steps, please follow the steps below labeled ii Uninstall then reinstall-Android.
Uninstall, then reinstall - Android
Open the Google Play Store
Search for SETSCHEDULE
Press on SetSchedule from the results.
Once selected, you should see the option to uninstall below the application. Click on uninstall and follow the prompts on your phone to successfully uninstall the application.
Once uninstalled, you will want to click on the INSTALL option to install the application on your phone once more.
You should now be able to utilize the application. If you are continuing to encounter issues, respond to this email so we may assist you with your encountered issues.
iOS Users: If you are currently experiencing issues, you may be able to resolve the issues by updating the application, or uninstalling and then reinstalling the application. Follow these steps to troubleshoot your issues:
Update the Application
Open the App Store
Search for SETSCHEDULE
In the results, you should see a grey UPDATE button to the right of the SetSchedule application. Press on the UPDATE button.(If you already installed the update but are encountering issues, follow the instructions below labeled ii Uninstall then reinstall-iOS).
Once the update is successfully installed,you should now be able to use the application without issues. If issues persist, follow the instructions below labeled ii Uninstall then reinstall-iOS.

Find the SETSCHEDULE application on your phone
Press and hold on the application icon until the REMOVE APP option appears. Select remove app, and follow the on-screen instructions to delete the app entirely from your phone.
Once you have uninstalled the application, open the App Store and search for SETSCHEDULE once again.
Click on the grey GET button to the right of the application to install it once again.
Once the application is installed, you should be able to use it without issue. If issues persist, respond to this email so we may assist you with your encountered issues.
