Make sure that you are logged in to your SetSchedule account. Follow the steps on how to hide leads that were taken by your team member on desktop and on the mobile app.


For Desktop: 

  1. Please click the link to take you to SetSchedule’s sign-in page: Sign In. Tap the Referral Radar Option in the top navigation menu and then select the Filter Icon.   
  2. Click the toggle button of the Hide Leads Take by Teams. Once you are satisfied with your selection, click on the APPLY button. 



Mobile App:


Make sure you are logged in to your SetSchedule Mobile Application. Once you've signed in, follow the steps on how to hide leads that were taken by your team member:


  1. Tap the Referral Radar Option in the bottom navigation menu and then click on the Filter Icon. 
  2. Tap the toggle button of the Hide Leads Take by Teams. Once you are satisfied with your selection, tap on the APPLY button.
