Make sure you are logged in to your SetSchedule Mobile Application. Once you've signed in, follow the steps to request a refund of an acquired lead:


  1. Tap the CRM Option from the menu bar and click on the LIST to view the leads. 
  2. Select the lead that you want to request a refund.  
  3. Tap on the HUMAN ICON on the top right corner and you'll be routed to the Contact Support window 
  4. Click the dropdown and select the subject I'm unsatisfied with a referral. Make sure to select the correct Opportunity, leave a message, select the option for Get a full refund for this referral and tap on SEND. Please take note that you can only request refund on leads that were purchased on the referral radar.
