When in the CRM section of the SetSchedule application, you can view a lead in ARCHIVE Status. Follow these steps on how to view an ARCHIVED lead. 

  1. Please click the link to take you to SetSchedule’s sign in page: Sign In.
  2. Select CRM from the top navigation menu
  3. Click the Funnel Icon on the upper left side and make sure to highlight/select the ARCHIVE Button and click Apply. The CRM should sort out the Archive leads that you have in your account.
  4. Click the name of the lead and you should be able to identify if it's an archive lead if you see the note "Moved to Archive" in the activity. As always, should you need assistance please contact us at support@setschedule.com or chat with us online.
