If you encounter a bug (a technical issue) within the application, you can take the following steps to report it to the SetSchedule development team so they can fix the issue:
- Click on this link to go to the SetSchedule sign in page. Sign in
- Click on the MORE option from the top navigation menu.
- Click on the CONTACT SUPPORT button from the side menu on the right.
- The Contact Support popup will appear. Click on the SUBJECT dropdown and select GENERAL FEEDBACK.
- In the Message box, type a clear explanation of the issue, along with any steps which can be taken to reproduce the issue, then click on SUBMIT.
- If the issue is hard to describe and you would rather submit a screenshot or video recording, you can send those in an email to support@setschedule.com
