If you encounter a bug (a technical issue) within the application, you can take the following steps to report it to the SetSchedule development team so they can fix the issue:


  1. Click on this link to go to the SetSchedule sign in page. Sign in
  2. Click on the MORE option from the top navigation menu.
  3. Click on the CONTACT SUPPORT button from the side menu on the right. 
  4. The Contact Support popup will appear. Click on the SUBJECT dropdown and select GENERAL FEEDBACK
  5. In the Message box, type a clear explanation of the issue, along with any steps which can be taken to reproduce the issue, then click on SUBMIT
    1. If the issue is hard to describe and you would rather submit a screenshot or video recording, you can send those in an email to [email protected]
