During the account creation process, you will be emailed a verification code. The next screen in the sign up process requires you to enter the verification code to confirm you are able to access the email address you’re registering.   

  • If you have been waiting for the verification email, make sure to check your email folders, including your spam folder. 

  • On the enter verification code page, you can see what email address the verification code was sent to. If you notice an error in the email address you entered, you can click on the CHANGE EMAIL ADDRESS option to correct the error. 

  • If there is no error in the email you’ve entered, you can use the SEND CODE AGAIN button to request that the verification email be sent again. 

  • If you still do not receive the verification email after using the SEND CODE AGAIN button, it may be necessary to use the CHANGE EMAIL ADDRESS button to sign up for your account using a different email address. This will take you to a page where you can enter a different email address.
