Please click the link to take you to SetSchedule’s sign in page: Sign In. Once you've signed in, follow the steps to updating a lead:

  1. Click on the CRM tab from the top navigation menu. 
  2. Click on the opportunity you want to update from the map or the list.
  3. You will now be taken to the Opportunity details screen. On this page, you will want to click on the Quick Action option in order to leave your update notes. 

  4. In the Quick Action menu, you can change the temperature of the opportunity to either "Cold", "Warm" or "Hot", you can also set a next action and input notes.  

  5. Clicking on the action menu allows you to change this lead's status to either Archive or Closed Deal. You can also set a follow-up activity by selecting either the "call" or "meeting" option. 

  6. If you select either the call or meeting option, you will then have the action date option appear - this will allow you to set your follow-up date and time. Checking the Add this to my calendar option will allow you to save a iCalendar file once you click "Save". You can export that iCalendar file into your preferred online calendar.  
  7.   Once you click on the save option, you will be taken back to the Opportunity details page, where you can now see the newest update you have provided. Clicking on the dropdown arrows on the right will allow you to see more detailed information about the update.
