Please click the link to take you to SetSchedule’s sign in page: Sign In. Once you've signed in, follow the steps to acquire a lead from your Referral Radar:
- If this is your first time visiting the Referral Radar, you will need to activate the Referral Radar. You can view this support article if you need assistance activating your Referral Radar. Click on the Referral Radar option in the navigation menu - if you don't see the Referral Radar option, you can review this article to understand why it is not showing on your navigation menu.
- Once you're on the Referral Radar, click on the lead you want to take on by clicking a lead on your map or by clicking on a lead from the Referral Radar list.
Once you click a lead, the lead you click on will expand on the left so you can review details regarding the prospect before you decide to accept the lead. Don't want it? Just click "Pass". If you want to take the lead and obtain additional information, click "take this lead".
When you click on "take this lead" you'll be taken to the purchase lead screen. Here you have the ability to change the card you use to purchase the lead if you have more than one card added on your account. You can also add a new card on this page before confirming the lead purchase.
Once you've taken the lead, you will be taken to the SUCCESS screen. You can click on the "View this Opportunity" button to go to the CRM immediately, or you can select Back to Referral Radar to continue accepting leads.
Clicking View this Opportunity will take you to the Opportunities details screen where you can review the contact information, update notes, and share the opportunity you just accepted. Review the information and get started working on the lead!
