How do I Request Replacement of a Lead?
Please click the link to take you to SetSchedule’s sign in page: Sign In. Once you've signed in, follow the steps to request a refund of an acquired lead:
- Click on the MORE tab from the navigation menu
- Next, select the Contact Support button
- Choose I'm unsatisfied with a Referral from the subject dropdown.
- Click on the Opportunity dropdown to select the correct opportunity. Once done, select the "Keep this referral, and get the next for free" from the options below, type in your reason for dissatisfaction, and press send.
- As a note, you can only request replacements on leads that were purchased on the referral radar. Click "Submit" and we'll credit your account with an additional lead.
