Please click the link to take you to SetSchedule’s sign in page: Sign In. Once you've signed in, follow the steps to request a refund of an acquired lead:  

  1. Click on the MORE tab from the main navigation menu  
  2. Select the CONTACT SUPPORT Option from the menu 
  3. Click on the subject dropdown and select "I'm unsatisfied with a referral". 
  4. Use the Opportunity dropdown to select the opportunity you would like to replace.
  5. When you've selected the correct opportunity, add the reason for this refund request and select "Get a full refund of this referral", then submit the contact support request. Please note, you can only request refunds on leads that were purchased on the referral radar.
