With SetSchedule's team ecosystem, you can provide different levels of user permissions depending on that member's role in your organization. They are as follows:



  • Access to Referral Radar: this team member can use credits to accept leads from the Referral Radar 
  • Dispatch Opportunities: this team member can reassign leads to other members of the organization.
  • Administrator: this team member can create and edit sub-teams, assign lead credits, and monitor activity on opportunities.

Permissions can be granted when adding team members




Or after they are added by selecting the member from the roster.
