- 1st option is to Click on MORE from the top navigation menu. Once clicked, you should then see the MORE SETSCHEDULE PRODUCTS side menu on the right side slide open. Select Research Center from the list.
- 2nd option is to Click CRM from the top navigation menu. Inside the CRM tab, Select a Lead and click on the Launch Research Center button.
- Type the name or phone number of the Lead and hit search
- It is very important to use UNIQUE IDENTIFIERS to best maximize your time with this tool. The best 2 methods would be to search by phone number and email. You can cross-reference the two to find the most likely info for the prospect.
Be sure you click on the "Contact" section of the People Search to find the info available related to the unique identifier you searched
Please note that you will get a lot of information for some people with a significant internet presence, don't forget to scroll down to the email, phone number, and social media info available. Some information found may be old, but you are looking for their best alternate contact info. Emails are a good start since you can blind carbon copy all of them to see which one they use to respond. Social Media accounts are also a great way to reach someone using an alternate method of communication
