SetSchedule's My Opportunities Section features two indicator systems you can reference to make sure every prospect in your pipeline stays on your radar. 

1) The list of your opportunities will feature either a briefcase, phone, or calendar icon (depending on the upcoming action). The phone and calendar will be shown when you have a call to action set. You create these followups within the "Update Lead's Activity Log" drop-down menu. Maximize every opportunity by having either a phone or calendar instead of briefcases.

2) The pins and update boxes will either be filled or empty for your opportunities. When an opportunity is filled, there is a new report in the "Activity" tab-either that you acquired/created the opportunity, or you've submitted an update in the "Update Lead Activity Log" drop-down menu recently. When you click on an opportunity and don't leave a new report, it will be empty. Make it a point to leave a new update every time you open one of your opportunities so you don't fall out of touch with them.
