The "Help Me Close" feature is used for requesting additional resources for a specific situation you are unfamiliar with (i.e. a client interested in short selling, or a prospect you prefer to refer out rather than handle yourself). In these cases, see below to access this feature. Note: If you simply want to add a note to a prospect, this article about Updating a Lead is more appropriate.
Please click the link to take you to SetSchedule’s sign in page: Sign In. Once you've signed in, follow the steps:
- On the top left of your screen, below your member photo, click the grey drop down triangle.
- Then click "Contact Support".
- Once the "Contact Support" page pops up, click the "Help Me Close" subject and select your opportunity you are having trouble with closing. Then just click "Send".
