Please click this link to take you to SetSchedule’s sign in page: Sign In. Once you've signed in, follow the steps to rate your leads using the emails you receive from SetSchedule asking you to do so:


    1. Click on the "My Opportunities" tab under your menu tab. This will allow you to reference the leads notes. For a more in-depth understanding of this function see this help center article on How to View a Lead's Recent Activity.

 

    2. A great time to rate a lead is right after you have had an initial discussion with a prospect (whether via email, text, phone messenger, etc).


    3. Find the initial email for that prospect that you were sent which asked you to rate the lead. The subject of this email will be titled "Your Opinion Matters".


    *Tip: Create a filter within your email account and save all SetSchedule rating emails you receive, this way you can easily refer to that email you after you have a discussion with a prospect.


    4. Fill out that email with an appropriate star rating for that prospect. 



Rating your leads allows SetSchedule to analyze and better the user experience! So don't forget to rate your opportunities!
