Transactions with referred SetSchedule homeowners, buyers, and investors fall under the SetSchedule agreement regardless of transaction type. If a Setschedule opportunity results in both a sale and purchase, a referral fee will be due upon close of both transactions. Please be sure to report transactions to transactions@setschedule.com.
