Please click the link to take you to SetSchedule’s sign in page: Sign In. Once you've signed in, follow the steps to request a refund of an acquired lead:  

  1. Click on the "My Opportunities" tab under your menu tab  
  2. Next, click the lead you want to request a refund for.
  3. Once the lead details pop ups, click on the blue icon on the top right of the lead screen.
  4. Under "Subject" find the following header, "I'm unsatisfied with a referral". Under "Opportunity", find the lead you would like to replace.


  5. Once you've accomplished the previous step, add the reason for requesting a refund and make sure to highlight, "Get a full refund of this referral". As a note, you can only request refunds on leads that were purchased on the referral radar.
