- Next, click the lead you want to request a refund for.
- Once the lead details pop ups, click on the blue icon on the top right of the lead screen.
Under "Subject" find the following header, "I'm unsatisfied with a referral". Under "Opportunity", find the lead you would like to replace.
Once you've accomplished the previous step, add the reason for requesting a refund and make sure to highlight, "Get a full refund of this referral". As a note, you can only request refunds on leads that were purchased on the referral radar.
